Wow. Not to be a downer, but this is hardly ever good news.
Fix the resume. Now. Just in self-defense. And if you can get up the courage, call some headhunters.

The lack of mention of your NH office is troubling, that's for sure. I guess getting your resume together would be in order, especially if you're looking to stay in the NH/MA area.
